Science and art are merging. Universities are collaborating with artists to take research to new levels; artists are turning to data for inspiration. This convergence helps us make more sense of the world by giving us new ways to understand and interpret each discipline. At GÉANT we have often used music as a metaphor for scientific collaboration. Data sonification for instance, has been used to demonstrate the vast and incredible projects that the GÉANT network supports. These projects help more people to understand what GÉANT does and the important work the network facilitates.
