D6.5 Network Technology Evolution Report
The deliverable reports on the work on network technologies performed as a part of the Network Technology Evolution task in the Network Technologies and Services Development Work Package of the GÉANT 4-3 project. Technologies in the scope of the work included White box (WB), Data Plane Programming (DPP), Router for Academia, Research and Education (RARE), Data Transfer Node infrastructure (DTN), Low Latency transfer (LoLa), Optical Time and Frequency Networks (OTFN) and Quantum Key Distribution (QKD).

Deliverable D3.1 Stakeholder Engagement Activity and Plan
This document describes GN4-3’s approach to stakeholder engagement, as led by Work Package 3 User and Stakeholder Engagement, and brings together the 2020 engagement plans of each Work Package. It provides an overview of who the stakeholders are and how they are being engaged with, to enable effective oversight by WP3 and ensure an efficient, fully coordinated approach to outreach.

 D6.3 White Box Evaluation 
This deliverable reviews whether new types of white box devices can be used by the research and education community and for which use cases. The ability to program the data plane thanks to a high abstract level language (P4) opens the door to new applications for research and education. Two use cases are presented here: In-band Network Telemetry and Distributed Denial of Service attack mitigation. The Router for Academia, Research and Education project (RARE) investigates also if it is possible to use open source Network Operating System (NOS). Number of pages: 30
